The 30-year-old reality TV star's bandage sheath dress had black lace overlay designed in a way to play up her curves.
She accessorized with black Christian Louboutin pumps, black YSL clutch, a set of black and white bracelets in her right arm.
Her hair was styled in luscious shoulder draping curls. Her signature smoky eyes and nude lips rounded her party ready looks.
Accompanied by fiance Kris Humphries, Kim had reasons to look even more radiant than her usual self. Romance was in the air and the couple stayed close the entire evening, with in occasional PDA to let off steam.
Kim shared the celebrations message with her twitter fans:
"What's up Vegas!!!! We are celebrating @KhloeKardashian's bday! Sugar Factory is delish!"
Khloe, who turns 27 on June 27, had beaming husband Lamar Odom by her side the whole evening. The entire Kardashian gang that included brother Rob Kardashian arrived in Vegas earlier in the day by a private jet.
The party lasted till early hours of morning with the two couples, Kim, Kris and Khloe, Lamar dancing cuddly.
