Kim Kardashian and her hoopstar future hubby Kris Humphries are getting the side-eye from those of us “Indebted and On-a-Budget” after their extravagant wedding registry with Geary’s Beverly Hills leaked to the Interwebs on Tuesday. What do you buy for the couple who seems to have everything? How about a $520 butter knife? It should go swimmingly with $7,850 crystal vase the soon-to-be newlyweds are requesting.
Much like Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo and his new bride were when they wed last month, Kris and Kim are being criticized for being a bit too grabby with their requests for wedding gifts.
The 30-year-old socialite isn’t much a drinker. Neither is Kris, who at 26 is a raising star with the New Jersey Nets. Of course, that didn’t stop them from requesting 24 Baccarat Vega champagne flutes, priced at c$130.
The list at upscale Gearys of Beverly Hills also states that they require 24 of the Baccarat Vega goblets, which will set guests back $125 each. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star and her NBA beau would also like a $1,650 silver-plated coffeepot and 24 five-piece silverware sets, priced at $1,600. In fact, the cheapest item on Kim and Kris’ registry is a cloth napkin, which retails for about $12.50.

She only began dating Humphries in December, but Humphries popped the question to his reality TV star love last month. According to the couple’s registry, Kardashian and Humphries will say “I Do” on October 31, 2011, but insiders actually have the nups set for later this summer.
